Home Raised Rabbits & More Sales Policy:

*We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the sale of any animal at any time, for any reason*

You will be asked to sign a copy of this policy upon pickup. I will sign and date it as well.

 * Holds: Our sales are first come first serve; therefore there will be NO holds on animals without payment. We will hold for one week with full payment recieved. If prior arrangements were made we will honor that. 

* Transport: If your animal needs to be transported, YOU are responsible to secure transport. I am not responsible to find you transport. I can only hold an animal for a week with full payment while transport is arranged. If transport is needed, plz have an idea of transport options before inquiring about animals. If we have agreed on time and place of pickup and you did not contact me to make other arrangements, and were unable to meet me, your deposit will not be refunded and I will re-list the animal. I can not hold sold animals for very long due to cage space and feed bill. 

​ * Prices and Payments: We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent each animal, and we price it according to our opinion on its quality. This price can change either up or down as the animal develops. All animals are sold with no guarantee of success in breeding. All animals are sold as-is. Full payment is required before any animal is considered sold. All sales r final. We take Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or cash at pick up.

* Animal Wellness Policy: If the animal gets sick or dies under YOUR care there will be NO refund or replacement. There will also be NO refunds if the animal does not do well or dies with transport or soon after. Please keep in mind any time you purchase an animal that there is always a chance that they will not take the change well. That is not the fault of the seller. 

* Animal Return Policy: If for any reason you can no longer keep the animal or care for it then I will take it back no questions asked. No refund will be issued, but for the well being of the animal, I will either keep it or find it a suitable home.
